Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 AM London Time are processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery time varies based on the product and the customer’s location within the United States. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
  • Faster Shipping: If you require faster delivery within 6–9 business days, please contact us at support@bulbboss.com before placing your order.

2. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value within the United States.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Shipping methods are determined based on the specific product and delivery location. We use suitable options, including ground and air services, to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • The shipping method is automatically selected to match the product’s size, weight, and delivery time requirements.

4. Shipping Regions

  • BulbBoss currently ships within the United States only.
  • Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses,please contact us at support@bulbboss.com to confirm shipping availability.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers will become active within 48 hours.
  • If your UPS/FedEx tracking does not show updates after creation, this usually reflects the tracking of the final courier. Once the package is scanned by the courier, tracking will become active again.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For domestic U.S. shipments, import duties are generally not applied.
  • Applicable state and local sales taxes (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • BulbBoss is not responsible for any additional fees charged by local authorities or carriers in special circumstances.

  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bulbboss.com.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may require photos of both the packaging and the product to ensure a smooth resolution.
