How to Submit a Claim Request
Customers who purchased Green Shipping Protection with their order at Bulbboss.com can file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center using the following methods:

Via Tracking Page on Our Store
- Open the tracking page for your protected order.
- Click “Report an issue.”
- You will be redirected to the Seel Resolution Center. -
Via Policy Confirmation Email from Seel
- A direct link to the Resolution Center is included in the email. -
Direct Access
- Visit https://resolve.seel.com/17track.
- Enter your email address and policy ID or order ID to log in.
Steps to Submit a Claim

Log into the Seel Resolution Center
- If using the tracking page or email, login is pre-filled.
- If visiting directly, enter your details manually. -
Select the Issue Type
- Delay: Follow guided steps for shipment delays.
- Damage: Upload clear photos of the damage, add comments if needed.
- Loss: Upload supporting documents if required.
Required Supporting Documents
For Damage Claims:
- Clear photos of carrier packaging and product packaging.
- Clear photos showing item damage.
- Examples: Damaged outer box, leaked product packaging.
- Note: Cosmetic packaging damage without item impact or pre-shipment defects are not covered.
For Loss Claims:
- If marked “lost” (no delivery scan within 30 days domestic / 60 days international) → no proof required.
- If marked “delivered” but not received → may require police report, carrier letter, or security footage.
- First occurrence may be approved without documents; repeated cases will require documentation.
For Delay Claims:
- No documents required; judged automatically by tracking.
Payout Options
Upon claim approval, Seel offers four payout methods:
- PayPal → Instant, multi-currency.
- Venmo → Instant, USD only.
- Direct Deposit (ACH) → 1–3 business days, USD only, US bank accounts.
- Tremendous → Virtual Visa card.
Customers can select their preferred payout method during the final step of claim submission.
